Tania's Scottish Bannock (Gluten-Free)

We baked this bannock recipe over an open fire while camped out during the construction of the cabin in the summer of 1972. Bannock and tea were never better.

Instructions

Pre-warm cast-iron frying pan for 10 minutes.

Mix dry ingredients throughly. Mix remaining ingredients and then combine with dry ingredients and beat together.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for twenty minutes in buttered pan.
