On page 45 of one copy of RPC SPC-7 (Good old #7), the part number for Ref. 30, stanchion was crossed out and replaced by "H3904", which in newer nomenclature is 97-3904.
If you search Baxter's inventory for the old number (H2092, or as Baxter's recognizes it, 97-2092) it brings up stanchion 97-3904, with 97-2092 and another number as alternates.
So for whatever reason, it appears that stanchion part number in RPC #7 was changed to a newer number, and fairly early, as the "newer" number was hand-written alpha-numericaly.
