These days it's politically incorrect to criticize judges and their judgements, but when Judge Brigitte Charron today released her decision turning down the Coalition's right to appeal the crooked decision by the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Quebec to approve the TQM PNGTS Extension project, she provided yet another excellent example of how easily natural justice and the environment can be trashed when government and big business interests team up to push through mega-projects.
