Farewell

January 4th, 2026

A year and two months ago 49.8% of my former fellow countrymen and women decided it was a good idea to elect a narcissistic megalomaniac to the highest office of the United States of America. It has long been my contention that roughly 30% of any population are malcontent and will oppose any more or less reasonable position taken by a majority. I imagine those folks are pleased, even elated, over recent events taking place in the United States.

As for me, I no longer have faith that the Ship I once pledged allegiance to and served will soon right itself and continue on its once noble course towards Liberty and Justice. The Ship is now fully captained by unfettered Money, Greed, and Blind Power.

I can't look any longer. Farewll "America". Adieu.
