Gateaux Hélène Roberts

Ingredients

Cake

2 c flour (see below)
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
Fruit salad (14oz)

Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the fruit salad, sugar, and eggs. Add the flour mixture and mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes.

Icing

6 oz Cream Cheese
3 oz Butter
1 c Brown Sugar

Boil for five minutes.
